The Struggle with Self-Appreciation

In the landscape of the human mind, a peculiar paradox reigns supreme: the challenge of recognizing one’s own positive attributes amidst a sea of negativity. It’s a phenomenon that perplexes psychologists, philosophers, and everyday individuals alike.
